KYLE RUDDEN
Kyle has over 30 years’ regional experience. A Chartered Accountant and Actuary, he has advised private and public sector clients on matters including pensions and other employee benefits, social security reform, investments, life insurance, valuation and financial reporting of health and non-life insurance. Kyle has a keen interest in national development and has served on a variety of national Boards throughout his career. Among these are Director - Central Bank of Trinidad and Tobago, (2002-2003), Director - Stock Exchange (2002-2003), President – Institute of Chartered Accountants of Trinidad and Tobago (2002-2005), Chairman of the Salaries Review Commission (2015 - 2018), President Elect – Caribbean Actuarial Association (2017), Director on the Board of the Mayaro Initiative for Private Enterprise Development, (since 2014), and a Director & Vice-Chairman, Director & Vice-Chairman of the Trinidad & Tobago Revenue Authority (since 2022).

SHELLEY WORRELL
Shelley has over over 20 years of experience in financial services consulting in the Caribbean region. Much of her work is in the field of pensions and benefits for which she is responsible for dealing with government and private sector clients operating in the Caribbean and Latin America, reporting under IFRS, US, UK, and Dutch standards. She holds responsibility for cross-functional team co-ordination, market development and special projects.

CY-ANNE ALI
Cy-Anne is an Actuary with 10 years’ experience in the Life, Non-Life and Benefits departments. She has worked on valuations for IFRS reporting and AXIS modelling in the Life department. As an Associate Actuary for our Benefits operations, her primary tasks include benefit calculations, preparing accounting, statutory and winding-up valuations for pension plans and drafting reports. Other significant projects include advice to clients on pension plan restructuring and the improvement of system/workflows through the use of programming.

SONIA AMOROSO
Sonia specializes in the Life and Health Insurance field with more than 18 years of experience. Her primary focus is on the valuation of life insurance portfolios throughout the Caribbean and Latin America, including statutory, GAAP and IFRS 4/ IFRS 17 compliance. She also has experience in pricing life and health insurance products for many of our clients. Sonia is particularly proficient in the AXIS modelling software.

SHOGUN SEUPERSAD
Shogun is the team leader of our Non-Life (Property & Casualty) Insurance operations. He is a Senior Actuarial Consultant with over 15 years’ experience in life, non-life and credit life insurance, and investment consulting. His work focuses on the valuation of non-life insurance, credit life insurance and bond portfolios throughout the Caribbean, including statutory, IFRS 17 and IFRS 7 compliance.

SARIKA CHIN FONG
Sarika has 10 years’ experience in the Life, Non-Life and Benefits departments. Worked on valuations for IFRS reporting and AXIS modelling in the Life department. As an Associate Actuary in the Benefits department, primary tasks include benefit calculations, preparing accounting, statutory and winding-up valuations for pension plans and drafting reports. Other significant projects include advice to clients on pension plan restructuring and the improvement of system/workflows within the department through the use of programming.

XAVIER-JON BASS
Xavier-Jon is a recently qualified associate actuary with experience in life and annuity consulting for clients based in the OECS, Dutch Caribbean, Trinidad and Tobago, and other Caribbean territories. His work has been centered around preparing clients for IFRS 17 regulation and valuing client reserves with the aid of AXIS. Xavier-Jon specializes in financial/actuarial modelling using various programming. Some of his current and past projects include health insurance reserving, mortality table development for the Caribbean, annuity product development and the risk assessment of a sovereign wealth fund.

SASHA WOODROFFE
Sasha has been working in life and annuity consulting at KRS since 2020 and became an Associate of the Society of Actuaries in 2022. She has done work for clients in Trinidad and Tobago, Guyana, the Dutch Caribbean, the Eastern Caribbean and other Caribbean territories. Her work focuses on supporting life insurers in their implementation of IFRS 17 and performing actuarial valuations of policyholder liabilities. She has experience in completing regulatory filings for several Caribbean territories and supporting audit companies in their review of actuarial valuations of life insurers. Her past special projects also include providing advice on group health insurance plan design and issues facing uniquely designed pension funds.
